New Magical Item: The Goblet of the Grave

I've uploaded a new magical item to, not surprisingly, the Magical Items page.
One of the things I enjoy most about worldbuilding is connecting everything together and then figuring out where things go from there.
For the Goblet of the Grave, I gave it a fairly standard power: returning someone from the dead for one day, with the caveat that attempting to extend that time could have catastrophic results.
While trying to think of an example of a “catastrophic result,” I inadvertently stumbled onto the origin point for vampires on Carbunkle!: a noble knight brought back from the dead through the Goblet’s magic somehow exceeds the time limit granted by the cup and is transformed into a bloodthirsty undead monster.
So now a random magical item I only vaguely had an idea for when I started drawing it is suddenly responsible for vampires existing. I had no plans for vampires before this, and now here they are, and I get to figure out how they fit into the world.
That’s the fun of worldbuilding, kids. Instead of doomscrolling your life away, make your own world! Fill it with heroes, villains, skull-faced goblets, vampires, or whatever else comes to mind. Create an escape for your mind, if not your body. A world born from your imagination that frees you, and maybe others, from the misery and mundanity of the real world.
Create, or be destroyed!
(...Not that I personally am going to destroy you, I mean, I might, but it's unlikely. More that through the act of creating you can find peace and sanity in a crazy world. Instead of just doing nothing and consuming soul destroying content which well, destroys your soul. Create or be destroyed. You got that right? I'm overexplaining it now...alright, bye!)
