RACES

The races of Carbunkle! are as diverse as the lands they inhabit. In the beginning, only humans, elves, and dwarves existed upon the world, but they were quickly followed by the gnomes and, later, the orcs.

A variety of peoples have since risen through the ages to claim their place among those original races. Some were shaped by time, magic, disaster, sorcery, or some combination thereof, while others owe their existence to forces unknown.

Further still, there are transplants from other worlds, stranded interdimensional invaders, sentient automatons, exiled supernatural beings, and newer races only now emerging.

Hosting such a wide range of disparate beings, all with their own wants, needs, and agendas, it is little wonder that Carbunkle! perpetually faces the ever-looming threat of cultures clashing with dramatic and long-lasting repercussions.
