Whether told around a campfire, traded over ale in a tavern, or pieced together from the incoherent mutterings of the Onyx Skull of Xeznas, stories are what bind people together. They can inspire a fearful man to courage or instill caution in an overly curious child.

The stories of Carbunkle! are about heroes both great and small, from fearless adventurers and noble knights to bewildered librarians and long-suffering goblin repairmen.

Many of these tales are told through the eyes of Fishbone, the most stalwart of adventurers (and a really swell guy), but there are other stories as well, of mighty heroes who sacrificed themselves to save the world and of poor flower girls just trying to save a stray cat from the Rat Boys of Drip Drip Alley.
